Meet the staff
Mikey Hafer
Mikey Hafer is the founder of Blue Collar Company. He is a 2022 graduate of Stone Bridge High School. and is currently a sophomore at Chesapeake college where he majors in business and competes for the college's baseball team.
Darek Heidary
Darek Heidary is entering his sophomore year at Virginia Tech. Darek's duties at Blue Collar Company consists of overseeing landscaping jobs and managing our companies' employees. He majors in Criminal Justice and is currently a member of the fraternity Delta Sigma Phi.
Lucas Kelly
Lucas Kelly is also a member of Stone Bridge High School's 2022 class. Lucas is a long time manager for BCC and has taken charge of producing all Blue Collar company apparel, which will be available for purchase June 1. Lucas currently attends James Madison University where he majors in business and is a member of the fraternity Delta Sigma Phi.
